  THE POOL!! The women’s change room at the Pool was DISGUSTING tonight NOV 2, 2025!! The amount of Bathing suit liners, hair and what I assumed was muddy water I hope pooled on the floor had hair all over the place, not to mention the SMELL!! Someone had to of urinated in the stalls and the dirty swim diapers thrown in the corners was disrespectful and gross to see! The guy at the Waterpark attended desk didn’t bother addressing the issue or cleaning the rooms. The kids play area was ICE Cold! NOT a good experience!! DO BETTER MIRAGE!!

  ⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Appalling Experience I have never encountered such poor customer service or blatant disregard for guests as I did at best western High level. My stay was for four nights, but the hotel charged me for six, and despite multiple attempts to have this corrected, the staff refused to take responsibility or even show the slightest concern. Every interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. No one returned calls, no one followed up, and not a single person seemed interested in fixing their mistake. It’s one thing to make an error — it’s another entirely to ignore it and treat your guests like an inconvenience. The experience left a sour taste that no amount of “we’ll look into it” can fix. I’ve stayed at countless hotels, and this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to book elsewhere — there are plenty of hotels that understand what hospitality actually means

  I've been meaning to write this review, though it is about 4 months late. I stayed in June for just one night for work, and it happened to be on my birthday. The front staff upgraded my room (and declared it was "due to my birthday") and I ended up with a lovely one bedroom suite on the second floor - a lovely gesture that I really appreciated! My room was a little bit dated but honestly, I didn't mind. The room was still comfortable and I wasn't expecting a five-star, completely renovated hotel room. It had everything I needed for my stay and I was able to wind down after a long day of driving. I ordered room service and it came promptly. Breakfast was included, which is rare these days, and the selection was great! I always appreciate being able to have a hot breakfast before starting my day. I hadn't been to High Level before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The front and restaurant staff were great, and the place was clean. Black out blinds for the longest days of the year were a must, and the ones this hotel used were perfect. Overall, happy with my stay and no complaints!

  If you are travelling to High Level check out the Best Western Hotel. You won’t be disappointed. They have all the amenities you need - a pool (yes with a hot tub!), a fitness centre, and a business centre. Plus the food at the restaurant was so good! I ordered the Thai Soup and it was so good…. And there was so much that I had enough for a small lunch portion the next day! But most importantly the staff are fantastic. They are friendly and helpful and make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  I have stayed at various Best Western Hotels but this is by far the best experience that I had. This is solely due to the excellent staff working at the hotel. Special shout-out to Divine for the kind, friendly, thoughtful service. Her service was above and beyond and done with a such big smile. She definitely embodies the spirit of the kind of high standards expected from this hotel chain. You are awesome!!! Thank you also to Komal at the front desk for your understanding and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and personally hope to be back again.
