    The lobby is very inviting, and the staff member, maybe a manager, was very thorough and kind w her help. The pool area is clean and spacious, and the hallways smell fresh. Breakfast is decent, but if you want more fresh offerings for hot food, id assume you would have to go down before 9. The location is great for Lyft rides downtown as well.

    We arrived to wet carpet and damp bedding. We were told there were no other rooms available. We chose to stay the night. In the morning we had bugs on the carpet. When I went down to discuss it with the front desk, we were given the manager’s name. After 7 calls and several promises of being called back, we never received a response. We chose not to stay for a second night. I called customer service and was not given a refund but rather offered best western points. We will not be staying in a Best Western again.

    Room was very clean and comfortable. They had a fabulous restaurant. Breakfast was amazing and the pizza was fantastic. Worth checking out on your travels to Milwaukee.

    The front desk people were very nice! And so was our room, as for the restaurant I was waiting for someone to even come out for 30 minutes with my baby and my aunt, the highchair was sticky and had old food in it. We had finally went to the front desk to get someone to help and she was super nice and cleaned the highchair for my son! She went and got the restaurant worker and told her that we have been waiting instead of her coming to help us she went to another customer who was at only the BAR! And had just got there only 5 minutes prior as we’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes. She never came to help us and my son was starving so we left, as soon as we walked out she came and took the highchair. We never even received a MENU! Very disrespectful and rude. And do not recommend the restaurant in this hotel.

    My sister and I stayed this past week to attend a concert at The Rave and we had a truly awful experience at this Best Western. The parking lot is very small and the spots are extremely narrow. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was very flippant and scattered. We didn’t sign any paperwork but provided a credit card for the balance remaining. When we got up to our room, the room keys didn’t work. That should have been the first red flag. We went back down and she said “oh that’s been happening today” and reprogrammed them. Our room had a different amount of beds than we booked for which should have been red flag number 2. We got ready, went to the show, and came back but unfortunately we had forgotten our room keys so we stopped at the front desk. After some hustle and bustle we discovered we were supposed to be in a different room than the one we were in. At 12:30 am we had to pack up our things and go back down to the front desk, then go back up to the correct room. It was extremely irritating and inconvenient at the late hour. But the worst part is the wondering — what if the person who was supposed to be in that room checked in while we were at the concert? They would have had access to all our belongings while we were gone. We still haven’t been contacted by anyone from management about the situation as I believe the room should be comped for this situation that was entirely the hotel staff’s fault.
