This was a nice clean place to stay. It does seem that everything is a little squished or small, but the stay was convenient. The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast was good. The queen beds were only full size beds but they were manageable for our family of 4.

Very clean comfortable room. Bed was new with extra pillows. I did not need to call for extra pillows. Free breakfast buffet had full american breakfast including eggs, bacon, sausages and biscuits with sausage gravy

My sister and I stayed this past week to attend a concert at The Rave and we had a truly awful experience at this Best Western. The parking lot is very small and the spots are extremely narrow. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was very flippant and scattered. We didn’t sign any paperwork but provided a credit card for the balance remaining. When we got up to our room, the room keys didn’t work. That should have been the first red flag. We went back down and she said “oh that’s been happening today” and reprogrammed them. Our room had a different amount of beds than we booked for which should have been red flag number 2. We got ready, went to the show, and came back but unfortunately we had forgotten our room keys so we stopped at the front desk. After some hustle and bustle we discovered we were supposed to be in a different room than the one we were in. At 12:30 am we had to pack up our things and go back down to the front desk, then go back up to the correct room. It was extremely irritating and inconvenient at the late hour. But the worst part is the wondering — what if the person who was supposed to be in that room checked in while we were at the concert? They would have had access to all our belongings while we were gone. We still haven’t been contacted by anyone from management about the situation as I believe the room should be comped for this situation that was entirely the hotel staff’s fault.

This hotel worked perfectly for a Brewer Game. They provide a shuttle. The restaurant and bar is a great decor, and has a large dinner menu selection. Breakfast is free and is great, many foods to choose. We would come back again.

We stayed here for a Brewers game Friday night, so our booking was Friday night into Saturday morning. The smoke alarm battery was dying, apparently, which we found out at 5 am. Obviously, being in a hotel room, we didn’t want to go around unscrewing random things. We were able to talk to a staff member at 6:15 am (which meant over an hour of beeps happening EVERY MINUTE), and he just said “unscrew it and I’ll come replace the batteries.” No directions on what to unscrew, and we didn’t know exactly what thing on the ceiling the beep was coming from. Around 6:30, the staff member did come to the room, but looked at climate control panel and said he thought that was the smoke detector, so he would send maintenance. He also said, as he was leaving our room at 6:30 am when the smoke alarm had been beeping for an hour and a half, that he would reach out to his manager and see if we could get any compensation. This never happened, and still has not happened. I understand that it was a peak weekend with 2 Brewers games and the State Fair, but that also means this was the most expensive hotel I’ve ever gotten, and also by far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.
