- JHJ HOct 18, 20251.0Don’t believe the ratings. This place is a run down dump that smells funny and feels dirty. It’s also really loud. Cheapest windows and coverings I’ve ever seen in a best western. Terrible is barely adequate to describe it.

Our bed was broken down on one side, half of the outlets did not work in our room, the shower handle was broken so we could not take a shower, the sink handle was loose and flopping around, we had no cold water in our room, the AC unit did not work unless you put it on extremely cold, then it would kick on, when we woke up in the morning the pool area was absolute disaster area, and when we brought all this stuff up to the front desk we got a rude remark and nothing was done about it! We will never stay there again, and we had stayed there multiple times in the past with no problems. Extremely disappointing for the price we paid

- QAQueen AlySep 25, 20254.0We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. They have an 8 foot deep pool that’s covered with a glass ceiling, it was beautiful to swim in. They also have a nice little hot tub. They called to check and see how we were liking our room about 30 minutes after we checked in, our bathroom door handle was a little broken but they offered to move us to a different room immediately. Their TV allows you to log into Netflix and such if you want to watch something other than cable. The beds are nice but they are extremely soft and the pillows are very thing and soft so they don’t offer much support if you have a bad back or anything. It’s near by a lot of restaurants and within like 2 miles of a Walgreens and Walmart. Only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee.
- LDLisa Van DUISENSep 3, 20251.0The first room they gave us had pubic hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub. There was dust and long black hair on the tissue container. The room smelt severely like urine and was overall disgusting!!!!! We complained and was moved to a much nicer cleaner room! There were signs on several doors, stating that housekeeping had complained about urine smells coming from the rooms! I would not recommend this hotel.
