- MSMatthew StanleyOct 15, 20251.0I would do a zero star but I can't. Bed bugs. That's all I can say. DO NOT GO HERE. Hate saying that but there is a problem here and they need to get it fixed. This is on CORPORATE. Not the people that run this place.
- KCKolby CruiseSep 17, 20252.0Booked the place for the pool slide like many others apparently and made the mistake of NOT reading the reviews from like a year ago. Pool heater is broken and slide doesn't work. Pretty sure they haven't cleaned the pool in over a year. There is a Busch Light can sitting at the top of the pool, its probably still there. A notification about the slide being down and pool out of commission on the website would've been great as I would've found somewhere else to stay. The pool also doesn't open till 10:30 when check out is at 11. The office staff is great, were kind enough to open the gross pool at 10:00 for us. The breakfast was good, something you get at most hotels. The location was quite a bit off the interstate. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR THE POOL YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. They honestly should just close the pool.

- RRRemington RalstinSep 14, 20255.0We loved our stay here. The place was very clean which is a top priority for our family. The staff were helpful and friendly. The lemon water, tea, cookies, and pretzels were very nice. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool was clean and well maintained.
- MRMary RiosSep 8, 20251.0My Do not give your money to this individually owned Best Western. They will not honor their own written pet policy. The policy is up to 2 dogs, $30 per day. They wanted per dog. The desk clerk even called the GM Jessica who still wouldn't honor it. Since, it's individually owned even if you call corp like I was told to, it's up to the location. Be aware, if you have any issues, I wouldn't count on them assisting you or to do the right thing.
