- ADAisha Duncan3 days ago2.0The elevator was broken so we had to walk down the stairs during checkout from the 7th floor. The air conditioner ran very very loud and clicking on and off on auto mode.

The worst stay ever there will never be a next time. And the shuttle that is supposed to run every hour didn't keep schedule it ran when it wanted to. And the communication with the shuttle service was horrible. Waited over 2 hours for the shuttle to the hotel which is supposed to run every hour. Horrible experience!!!!

Very upsetting after traveling for 10 hours. In addition to that, the ironing board was absolutely disgusting with stains. The tub didn’t drain while showering. The AC would make a loud noise if put under 72 degrees. There was a small green flashing light on the wall that couldn’t be turned off, that kept me awake in the night.

This hotel was perfect for her, and she loved it. A special thanks to Lourdes for allowing me to pay for the parking in advance, which saved them the hassle at check-in. The staff at this hotel is top-notch.

Old and stinky with poor desk service and stains/grime and unknown liquids on sides of bed walls and more. Will it work? Yes if this is your cup or tea. The rooms are very old and dated, doors are warped and chairs are old and stinky. Bathroom had no ventilation and rusted. Mini fridge was filthy and didn’t feel safe leaving my luggage on the floor. Air conditioning was good-But that’s about it-will NEVER stay again.
