  Terrible experience. Customer service was horrible. Desk workers were so impolite and unhelpful. The room was infested with ants, even in the bed. We had a hornet able to get in the room… this was just a terrible experience overall. I don’t recommend this hotel whatsoever

  Very clean, spacious, quiet hotel! I was very pleased with my room, the free breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and courteous!. I recommend this hotel.

  The most limited breakfast offering I have ever seen in a hotel. Nothing was available in the refrigerator (yogurt varieties, milk variations like 1% or skim, etc.). Toast and muffin options with jams and/or jellies. There are items that are seen practically at any hotel that were missing at this hotel. The room was pretty clean. The bathroom needed a bit more love. The towels were small and scratchy. One bar of soap that had to be shared between the sink and the shower. This was supposed to be a Best Western Plus, but it should be Best Western Minus. Clearly management was trying to cut costs at every corner. There are not too many Best Western Plus hotels that disappoint, but this one will be added to the small list. I am adding some more recent information related to the $50 deposit they require at check-in. The room was reserved for a total cost of $115. This amount was confirmed upon check-in as well. I was told the $50 deposit drop off upon check-out. However, the card was charged $165. I have tried three times to contact them to resolve the issue, but no luck. I was forced to reach out to my credit card company to file a dispute.
