- JKJaye KoeSep 10, 20251.0Stayed on 09/09/2025 for an overnight stay as we were on a business trip for a job interview the next day. Rooms were clean, workout area was clean, and looked like a nice place. Our experience at night was anything but good. Room 410 (next door to ours) had the TV up at FULL volume. The bass was coming through our room, and stepping outside to their door, you could hear the tv volume crystal clear. My girlfriend alerted the staff to this, and one lady employee did try to knock and call, but to no avail. I knocked on the door multiple times, no answer. I went down to the front desk and asked to have this resolved by getting another room, or more action to get the current tenant to turn down their tv. He said there were only 3 rooms left, and didn't seem interested in moving us. We tried earplugs/noise machines, but the volume was so loud being heard even down the hall. At around 1:00am (09/10) we promptly packed up because we couldn't get any sleep, turned in our room card (412) at the front desk and drove to a Motel 6 to get some sleep. I'm out over 100 dollars at this hotel, 72 from Motel 6, and a nights rest because of this experience. I cannot return or recommend this location based on this poor service for something so simple as a noise issue.

This was well past 10 PM so I called down to the office and she said she would call them. About 45 minutes later and approaching 11 PM, there was no change with the noise so I went down to talk to staff. The woman I spoke to was nice and said she would go knock, which she did and they did not answer and she also said they never answered the phone. We gave it some time and tried to sleep with the noise but it was impossible and was so loud you could even hear it into the hallway. At that point my boyfriend went down and asked for a new room, but staff basically told him there is nothing they could do and said they would call them again. Ended up checking out at past 1:00 AM because we were so tired and had to change to a different hotel. I will never stay here again.
