The pool and hot tub were really nice and my son loved that the pool was accessible 24hrs Great location to go explore McCall or stay local. 5 stars ⭐️

- MSMadison StroughJul 16, 20251.0The dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen in my life. My husband and I spent $890 for TWO nights in McCall. We got the King Suite with high expectations for our anniversary. The hallways had a weird smell that was not pleasant. When I entered our room it was NOT as described. It smelled awful, the first thing I did was pick up a huge wad of someone else's long hair. There was duct tape holding out jacuzzi together and everything in the room was covered in dust. When I complained, the maid still couldn't get the debris off the floor or dust the furniture, nor knew how to make a hotel bed. The sheets and covers were not straight with each other, the blankets were hanging off one side longer than the other and she flopped the sheet down and tossed the pillows on the bed. This place is a complete joke. Front desk staff was nice, pool was nice, but I'll never stay at the Best Western PLUS??? in Mcall ever again. I also never leave google reviews.
