- CLChristine LatchSep 17, 20251.0This Hotel is horrible. It has changed owners and the remodel job looks like a 5 yr old did it. I checked in with my two dogs that are emotional support animals. I have stayed in this hotel in years past and never was charged three hours after I checked in. They Told me I needed to come up front to the desk because they needed to charge me $40 for my dogs I told them it was poor business to not tell you upfront once you’ve been in your hotel for three hours. I guess I’m in the remodeled side. It is disgusting. There’s mold on the shower curtain the window which they put me in a room facing the road is so filthy and foggy. You can’t even see out of it. It’s so loud in this room. The bedsheets are new but feel like you’re sleeping on paper. They’re super scratchy. The tub is been redone. It’s so slick The bathtub stopper does not work. My family and I have stayed in this hotel many times for weeks at a time. We will no longer be staying here since it is changed hands. When I booked the hotel, it was going to be $92. And it’s $20 per Emotional support animal this is definitely not $140 hotel move on down the road and find one that is cleaner and more reputable. They lost a lot of business when they lost me as a customer
