- TFTess FisherSep 26, 20255.0This is a clean, safe hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Gina who helped me out several times. The accessible shower in the room I stayed was a true roll in shower with an excellent shower chair. The fitness center was nice and cold, with free weights, a stationary bike, recumbent bike, treadmill, and elliptical. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The gluten free was limited to cereal, but they did have almond milk.

Poor customer service and lack of urgency to resolve matters that require solution based attention. The front desk and the management staff are more focused on defending themselves and lacking the ability to take accountability for miscommunication on their end. I will be writing Larry Cuculic about my awful experience and of the people who represent the company. These people are employed because we spend our hard earned money to book rooms. Without us, they have no business. Please, do not book at this location.
