    I definitely recommend anyone to stay here, this hotel was very friendly, the staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was a 10 plus! The room was very clean, ac worked amazing beds were perfectly made and restroom area was VERY sanitized! The General Manager JoAnn was accommodating with any requests that I had. I will DEFINITELY come back to stay here again!

    The staff was kind and polite and helpful, the breakfasts were good, and the room was clean and well sized and the beds comfortable. The only complaint is in that in the 2 weeks that I was there they were incapable of repairing even a single solitary ice machine. No ice in the ENTIRE hotel for 2 weeks. It was not only inconvenient it was lazy. The general manager should be repremanded for their inability to take appropriate action in a timely fashion for their guests.

    I taught a training class in the meeting room and it was organized very well. We had some IT issues connecting my computer to the projector but the staff was super helpful as we worked to figure it out. The BBQ we brought in for lunch (amazing) was more than what the meeting room could handle so the eating area was a perfect set up for everyone to enjoy their lunch break. It was also my birthday and my husband called from Florida to get help with delivering flowers, chocolates and balloons. He said that EVERY staff member he spoke with was so helpful and they took it upon themselves to have someone go and pick everything up from the H.E.B. My husband said he felt like he was working with the Ritz Carlton because of the caring and helpful staff!

    Dishonest business practices. Hotel forces you to put a $200 deposit for incidentals down but does not tell you this when booking the room. We are now scrambling to find a new hotel for our employees.
