- RCRich CalhounOct 12, 20251.0There was a michael jordan kobe Bryant up for silent auction. Whatever that means. I put 5$ down and figured it was mine. Was told that it belonged to a 3rd party. Quite confusing. Usually auctions go to the highest bidder. Which was me. I signed my name and left cash. My stay was great but that left a bad taste in my mouth. Never got my 5$ back
- JSJ ShonkaOct 11, 20251.0Stopped in for one night after a long day of driving. Stayed in a pet friendly room but was shocked by the odor and filth in the room. When I asked the front desk about moving I was told that there was nothing else available so we stayed. Really wish we would not have. There is nothing like being woke up by a mouse running across your face at 3:30 am. Then after turning on the lights and realizing you have been eaten alive by bed bugs. We managed to catch one of the bugs and take a photo of it. I took the photos down to the desk and the lady did not seem surprised and was very dismissive. Never in my life have I received such terrible customer service. When I asked about speaking to a manager she just simply said "no refunds". I am disappointed in BW I have never had anything like this happen before and I'm still itching. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel even if it is conveniently located.

- EVElijah VanderhuleSep 28, 20255.0Book ahead of time, as we overpaid a bit for our rooms. Rooms were clean and cute with a good view! Bathroom setup was great, and beds were more comfortable than I expected. Free parking and breakfast is a plus. Super happy with our stay.
