Really friendly, accommodating, and professional customer service and comfortable accommodations. Nathan and Noah at the front desk were helpful and kind during my stay. Perchance, 5/5 would stay here again.

Everything was OK , slept well , but probably need to instruct housekeeping that a 1/8 roll of toilet paper is probably not enough! Wife had to run to the office at 5 am and get more TP..

Overall this hotel needs a lot of serious cleaning and maintenance. The staff are nice but the rooms have little to be desired. Carpet was very, very dirty with large stains, and the sheets are old and thin. Please do not stay here, if you like some kind of cleanliness. Beware: There is NO soap to wash with at the sinks.

Like most hotels, this one has its good and its bad. I usually don't write reviews unless its really good or really bad. This wasn't really either, but I'm compelled to write a review as this is possibly the strangest hotel stay I've ever had.
We had a 4 day stay while waiting for our Airbnb to be ready. For 3 of those days we felt like we were in a childish war with housekeeping. When you stay multiple days, they don't come in daily to make up the room unless you ask them to. We didn't need the rooms cleaned, but did expect them to take the garbage out if we took it to the hallway. So when they were doing the rooms beside and across from us, we took our garbage out. They saw us do it, but that garbage is still sitting in the hall at 11pm the night before check out. This feels like the last stand as we leave tomorrow morning. But as of now, I fully expect that garbage to still be there when we leave. (Surprise! Garbage was gone by 7am but we've learned it was a maintenance person, not housekeeping that finally took it)
How did the war start? Thats a great question. It seems to have started when we encountered a large group of the housekeeping staff at the elevator on day 1. We were waiting for the slowest elevator I've ever had the misfortune of depending on. As we waited, we heard what sounded like a party. The noise got louder as the elevator got closer. Assuming it was some rowdy guests we were surprised when the door opened to the housekeeping staff, who immediately got quiet and rushed away.
On day 2, I was coming into the building and saw 2 housekeeping staff getting on the ever so slow elevator. Not wanting to have to wait until it made its way back to me, I rushed to get into the elevator. As I did, one of the women said, yes come in! Then as soon as the doors closed, they started speaking to each other in a different language. Then the giggling from both and a smirk from the woman that never spoke English to me became obvious. She was looking right at me. I believe I'm a reasonable person, I know they had little to no reason to be talking about me, but if they weren't they certainly gave an excellent impression that they were.
