  I don’t usually review hotels and when I do it’s because they’re amazing. Good coffee, clean, comfy, they have a machine the makes fresh yogurt for breakfast. The staff were all delightful. Do yourself a favor and pick this place.

  This was definitely a great vacation retreat. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The suite was very nice and modern. I will return to this venue when I'm back in town. And I'll share my recommendation with family and friends.

  Great location. Quiet. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. Only complaint was the gym. I should have known better than to get on the treadmill after looking at it. It needs to be replaced. The belt was very jerky and nearly fell.

  TLDR: Second visit, suspected bed bugs, Shane and the overnight front desk were quick to help. Visited here in February, it was great-- clean room and good breakfast. I was here for work. When I had to come back up to KC, I chose this location again. However, on my second night, I noticed a stain on the top sheets and can almost confirm that there were bedbugs in the room, see photo below. It was 3am, the front desk lady put me in a different room and asked that I wait until their manager Shane arrived at 6:30. At 6:30, I spoke with Shane, showed him the photos and he confirmed my worst suspicions. He refunded my stay and informed me that the room would be treated. So while I appreciate the great service, I now have to deal with the outcome of this issue. So just be careful and thuroughly check your room if you stay here!
