- KTKaz TOct 26, 20253.0There were many positives to our stay in this hotel. The staff were super friendly, they play area and swimming facilities looked really great for families, we had a good quick meal in the lobby restaurant, and the room, for a Best Western was well equipped. Now, I will say that the hallway was unusually cold for October, and we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway in our room, and of particular note, I really wish I had brought slippers, as the carpet in the room could have been fresher. That all said, it was an expensive stay during the off-season, but I suppose that hotel stays are all expensive post-Covid. So I would give the hotel a passing grade, but would highly recommend for families looking for a fun place to bring young kids.

- KHKristin HadallerOct 9, 20251.0My family and I are planning to stay here when we visit the province to see relatives, but I was just informed that the hotel only operates the water slides on Fridays and Saturdays. It’s really disappointing to find this out, especially when you’re planning a family vacation and choose a hotel specifically for the water slides, thinking they’d be available for the kids throughout our stay.

- KSKevin SteelSep 28, 20253.0The hotel has a lot of potential with its overall look and setup, but unfortunately, the accommodations fell short during my stay. The first room we were given had an AC unit that wasn’t working properly, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the AC in the second room wasn’t much better—it barely cooled, leaving the room very musty and humid. This made it difficult to feel comfortable and really enjoy the stay. The staff did try to be helpful by moving us, which I appreciated, but the underlying issue seems to be that the hotel needs some upgrades and better maintenance to ensure guests can relax in a comfortable environment. With some improvements, this property could be a much better experience.
