- CNChris Nally1 day ago5.0I stayed at this hotel for just one night (I live local) while my place was getting some renovations done, and honestly, it blew me away. This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. Believe it or not, it was actually cheaper than a rundown Red Roof Inn, and the difference in quality was night and day. From the moment I walked in, I was mesmerized by everything, the amenities, the room, the staff, the accommodations , all of it exceeded my expectations. Even the smell of the place was incredible. You can always tell how clean and well-kept a place is by how it smells, and this hotel smelled spotless. It was fresh, relaxing, and just gave off pure comfort vibes. The entire experience was beautiful. I honestly want to stay again just because it was that good , even though I have absolutely no reason to. But I just might, just because. If I could, I’d give this place a 13/10. Truly exceptional. 🌟

The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. My room was spotless, spacious, and quiet — with a super comfortable bed and great amenities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the entire property felt safe and well-maintained. The location is convenient to everything in Laurel yet peaceful at night. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Next day morning In the reception office waiting aria in the she did not speak well to me and another guest I tried to help about his complaints too. Instead of helping, they are looking for ways You’re talking to the wall I discover. It was a moment I say please call to the manager . She said Ok let waits! Next question when the manager will coming I don’t No. Very disappoint we left.

Breakfast offerings were almost identical for 4 mornings, including fried eggs, sausage patties, sliced bread, bagels, danish or small muffins. (don’t be late because food isn’t replenished and doors close promptly!!) Breakfast staff lacked interest/personality/smiles.
