The staff is excellent, very responsive on the few times I had any issues (tv settings by gamers😂) Plenty of dining choices in walking distance, and if you are here on your own dime, none of the up-charges that come by being down on the strip. Going to the strip is a straight shot down Sahara, nice quiet hotel. I have never been thrilled with the quality of the complimentary breakfasts though, pretty bland…. But that is an area that I am pretty critical on… some BW hotels put on first rate breakfasts (BW’s in Kingman)

Our room was okay overall but the sink was really clogged and took forever to drain. My 3 year old also found someone else’s food trash under the bed 🤢 We were hoping to use the pool during our stay but there were mosquitoes everywhere. Not sure how this location claims to be a “plus”.

Staff was very nice, room was nice a little pricy for the type of room but still very comfortable but wish the refrig had the little freezer. Super nice that the pool is open 24hrs. Breakfast was yummy. Will stay here again!

There should be more viewing options than the limited supply of channels. Very unhappy about my stay. Update: maintenance came today and programmed the tv to access Netflix as well as YouTubeTV. Changing this small detail has changed my whole outlook about this motel.
