Location is centered on St.Rose Parkway so your right in the middle of Henderson where all the action is at. Unfortunately, they loose 2stars for that horrible breakfast thats included with my stay. First off, their setup is all over the place. Lines from multiple angles, no organization. Everyone is just doing a free for all. And their choice selection is bad. Where are the hard boilded eggs (not everyone can eat powdered scrambled eggs) bacon or potatoes?? They had scrambled eggs and under cooked sausage available which was not good. The yogurt dispensar barely dispenses any yogurt. Overall, the experience was not as pleasant. Its a shame really, because we love Best Western Plus. The location on Boulder offers way more variety. The competition down the street at Homesuites and Hampton Inn offered a better breakfast. I know its just breakfast but I paid for my stay which includes breakfast and it was just bad. My wife and I do not plan on staying here again. I highly recommend Hampton Inn next door or Homesuites on West Horizon Ridge Management, if you really are reading this.. Your rooms and staff are fine. Work on the breakfast, its not a difficult project. Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple departments... guess what? The breakfast is one of them.

- RRRogerSep 17, 20253.0The hotel is nice and clean. The front desk staff was friendly. They have the standard breakfast as other hotels. Scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, yogurt and cereal. There is not enough tables in the breakfast area. It looked like the hotel had a lot of vacancies and there was no place to sit. I would hate to see if the hotel was packed. You would probably have to stand and eat your food or take your food back to your room. The breakfast attendant was restocking plastic silverware and not wearing gloves.
