The lady at the front desk was very friendly, gave us a room close by the entrance so we didn’t have to lug our stuff too far. She also upgraded our room. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was one of the better free hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. And the coffee was good.

If your traveling with a dog that likes off leash time, ask for directions to Run Amok off leash park. It is 5 minutes away and wonderful. I highly recommend staying here. Walkable to most anything you would need.

- AGAaron GladeSep 16, 20251.0It was about a month ago that my family stayed here in Kimball Junction to celebrate a 10 Year Anniversary. I will say we had nothing but trouble from each room we stayed in. First room, the A/C did not work at all. Second Room, was an ADA room that just got us through the night...though was small and tight. Third Room, which was claimed by the Manager (Kyler Martin) to have NEW A/C installed was actually a department store portable A/C unit that was temporarily installed through a window that tied to the swimming pool area, in which you could not have privacy as the A/C unit was in the way of the curtains. Fourth Room, this was our last room in a 2 Night Stay we had, this was somewhat ok...until we could not get any hair conditioner out of the dispenser unit in the shower to wash our daughter's hair. When we left to get our invoice/bill the Manager (Kyler) mentioned that he will discount the inconveniences off, he did not, rather we paid full price. My wife did call later after we got home and it was cleared up, yet I will say drop the "Plus" off of this Best Western and only give this a one to two star hotel status. I really do not like coming down hard on hotels, but this was the worst I think I have ever had in my life.
