- PPPinkLightningOct 22, 20253.0Calling this hotel a Plus compared to a regular Best Western is a stretch. Overall its a nice hotel, but compared to other Plus locations, this one is not great. We normally choose Best Western because the rooms tend to be very nice for the price compared to other hotels. This location seems to be about the same quality as the other Best Western locations in the area for about $40 more a night. My only major complaint about the room is that the pillows very well worn down and very very flat. The door for the room did not latch unless you gave it a good shove as well. The pool was pretty bad. We were hoping for something a little nicer. I guess I should've looked at photos before I booked. Breakfast was very good though, the ladies managing/maintaining it in the morning were awesome. I don't think I'd stay again for the price I paid, but its better than a lot of the other hotels in the area.
- KCKindra CaseOct 22, 20252.0I was prepared to rate this hotel highly, however there were bed bugs in my room. I ended up with lots of bites! I notified the hotel who claimed to check the room and found nothing. However it wasn't nothing. The pictures are just a few of the many I bites I have.

- KLKellen LawrenceOct 13, 20255.0This was a nice hotel for the money. Clean, plenty of towels, excellent breakfast and breakfast service. In fact, the Breakfast crew was fantastic, nice, and very thorough with cleanup. Breakfast area is small and gets packed very quick, so get there very early and you'll be okay. Otherwise you'll have issues finding a table. A/C was slow in the room but eventually cooled off. The pool/hot tub were nice and the pool was just warm enough to swim. This location is challenging to enter and exit with a vehicle due to Branson traffic. Be prepared to wait a good few extra mins each time you leave/arrive. We would for sure stay here again though.
- AMAshley MeyerOct 12, 20253.0Location is great from the landing. But the rooms itself are tiny. Moldy smelling. And run down. Our door showed a large amount of light when shut (picture doesn’t do it justice). There were moisture absorbing pads we found underneath the bench in the corner of the room and you can’t turn around in the room without running into each other on how small these rooms are. If you’re wanting to walk to the landing and don’t mind a subpar room. This is the place for you.
