- ACAadesh ChhinaOct 25, 20255.0I honestly loved my stay at the Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn in London. The place was clean, cozy, and the staff were so kind and helpful the whole time. The pool and waterslide were a blast and it really made the trip memorable. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
- WWwmmcphee1Oct 19, 20251.0I stayed at the Best Western Lamplighter paid $283.57, the room airconditioner was very loud, the pillows were awful could not sleep all night because the kids were running up and down the hallways, people were swearing and bang on doors, we made a complaint but to no avail. The rooms looked really nice but not at all comfortable....not very happy when we talked to the girl at the front desk didn't care seems to be the way life is going anymore....
- CBCarrie BlackOct 14, 20255.0Had such a great Thanksgiving stay at the Lamplighter Inn. The room was clean and modern and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The roof was opened which was an extra bonus. We loved the pool and slide. Felt like we were on a mini tropical vacation. The breakfast was great and so was all the staff. Would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in London.
- DYDiana YuenOct 12, 20251.0Not for young families or anyone who goes to bed early. The walls and doors are extremely thin. The doors shut fast and LOUD. You can hear every conversation happening in the hallway. There are teenagers running around in the hallway at almost 12am and there's no security guards patrolling. I fell asleep at around 10:30 and got woken up but the noise. An absolute horrible experience.
- DMDan McLachlinOct 9, 20255.0Went there for an artwork appraisal event. Had a wonderful time. Event rooms were spotless and well decorated. As a suggestion, they could use more handicap parking spaces. Lots of regular parking otherwise.
