  Now don't get me started with the bathroom the door would not close. And when I was in the shower the shower door was see-through, so people could walk in and see me. Location 3 stars but there were a lot of parking spaces. Service 5 stars they were so nice to me.rooms 2 Stars A/C soo loud. And when all the lights were off it was dark very dark. The bed was amazing 😍 there were two beds. the beds were nice and made for me. very comfortable. Otherwise we had to spray everything down so we would not get germs.

  I stayed for one night on 10/24/25. This hotel was a perfect stopping point after a long day of travel. Due to unforeseen circumstance I didn't arrive until 1am and the front desk attendant was very helpful and courteous. I even called ahead and he was super professional and informative. In the morning the hotel breakfast was adequately stocked with plenty of options. The front desk attendant, Vernice, was upbeat and exhibited exemplary customer service.. and helped set the tone of having a good day. If I find myself with similar travels I would consider staying in this hotel with no hesitation. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

  Vernice was absolutely the best! What amazing customer service. Made everything so easy & answered all of my questions! Hotel stay was great.

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I got two rooms for a whole week and they had the impudence of charging me $60.00 stating that I stole two of those cheap pillows that they have in their rooms. They charge it to the credit card that I use to pay for the rooms and there was nothing I can do to revers it. That is a disrespect to me and my family. I try contacting the general maneger Kishan Patel to see if it was a miss understanding and never had the chance to speak with him. I had bought so many things that I had to buy another bag to fit them. How I was going to fit two pillows, this is ridiculous. I will NEVER stay in any Best Western Plus EVER and I will make sure non of my family or friends stay here, because I will let everybody know how you guys operate. Be wise people and NEVER stay in this place because you will regret!

  The Rooms! - Clean, Spacious, and Accommodating. Breakfast! - Consistent, Plentiful, and Appetizing. Hotel Staff! - Attentive, Charismatic, and Vigilant. Stay length ~ 1 month Purpose of visit - Work Drawbacks - My first week in, i was asked by 5 different staff if I had a reservation/belonged, immediately entering the lobby, got kind of old but understandable.. No Bacon, 😞 ever.. (Too Consistent) The Lights in the Room operate through a bypass (stick your room key in and you get the electric to the lights and some outlets) on the wall at the entrance, Cool right! Well the bathroom lights are tied into that!!!, God Forbid someone was in the bathroom showering and a genius roommate takes the key so that he/she don't get locked out, mindlessly or unknowning turning off the light in the bathroom after a minute from key removal from the bypass, ( not giving the person the the bathroom the chance to shout out for intervention.. ) so there you are, soap in you hair, standing on one leg caz your an amputee that refuses to sit and shower and then the light cut off! Yeah .. can some one say liability? I've worked on low volt circuits and electricity for over 8 years and that shouldn't operate like that, give me a shout Best Western, we can discuss revisions.
