- PVPositive VibesOct 20, 20255.0The BEST hotel in Lake Jackson, hands down. The staff, the SUPER CLEAN rooms, the breakfast, the espresso machine!! Melody at the front is the sweetest and so professional. Not only are the rooms and bathrooms the cleanest I have ever seen at any hotel ever but the breakfast is 10/10. They use actual real eggs and they fry real bacon, not the microwave kind. I believe the owners are from Italy and they have an espresso machine downstairs that blows Starbucks out of the water. I mean, it’s really not even comparable. It is absolutely amazing. Considering the price of a breakfast +2 lattes these days (here it’s all complimentary) you definitely get a lot out of your stay. We flew in from Thailand and stayed here for 6 nights. So glad we gave Best Western a chance. We are members at most top hotel chains, and I can tell you now that this is the best hotel in Lake Jackson. They have stellar reviews for a reason! Go see for yourself :)

- AHAlexis HeOct 1, 20255.0We had such a pleasant stay at this Best Western Plus, completely different from the experience we had before in Sugar Land. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helped us check in early. The room facilities were great. The A/C and fridge were impressively quiet (hard to find in most hotels), the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the mattress was very comfortable. We stayed in a pet-friendly room, which was $40 for the pet fee per night, and they provided two dog bowls, waste bags, and even treats. Such a nice touch! Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back again.

The staff was amazing from the front desk personnel to the cleaning staff. Everyone employed here truly made us feel right at home and we appreciated their hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I travel for work and stay at a lot of high end hotels. I would rate this place right at the top of any other place I’ve ever stayed!
