The room smelled musty and reeked of stale cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The shower had red mold growing on the walls—completely unacceptable and clearly not cleaned or maintained. To make matters worse, the front desk woman was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Instead of addressing things professionally, she yelled at a group of kids who were just making a TikTok video—then actually called the cops on them. It was completely over the top and made everyone feel uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This hotel is run down, dirty, and the staff clearly doesn’t care about guests. Not worth the money, the stress, or the health risk.
- APArianna PerezJul 20, 20254.0My 5 stars for service is for Janine---we had phone interactions with her courteous service ahead of reservation and she was patient, informative, helpful, and had a pleasant demeanor. Setting a tone like that for our stay (getting away from big, unfortunate, high-stress events) is imperative to a business in hospitality. Looking forward to our stay and will update more after.
- RCruben crowJul 10, 20252.0Stayed here on July 9th. Girl at front desk was rude, dismissive , and unhelpful. Next morning the power went out so I had to shower in the dark. Most of the “free” breakfast was unavailable due to the power outage. The front desk was once again dismissive and condescending when I asked about it. The lady at the desk was like “we don’t discount “ when all I did was mention the inconvenience. People in the next room were fighting all night. You are better off at the cheap motel up the street.

She sent cleaning ladies in my room before 11 am check out while I was showering called my room twice as I was gathering my luggage threatened to charge me another night for being 9 minutes late . Then used profanity when I expressed my dissatisfaction. What a nightmare I’ve never been treated so unprofessional and poorly. Management needs to review their videos to show how horrible she treats guests.
