Went here for business. The best thing about this hotel was the view. It was a crazy mess that could have been resolved easily. I had to wait almost 3hrs before the lady at the desk called her boss just to find out all she had to do was change the name on the reservation.

Auf unserem Roadtrip war es der erste Halt nach Los Angeles. Das Zimmer war groß, Bett sehr bequem , alles sauber , Frühstück ok .

Theresa is an absolute nightmare of a person. Shes ridiculously rude. When we first checked in we were walking to our room and saw family we hadn't seen in YEARS we said hi, they came in our room and met our baby and then they went to their rooms. (we were all there for a wedding) Literally less than 5 minutes. When I went to the desk to get bedding for the sofa couch she rudely said "are you going to have people in and out of your room all night?!" I explained it was family and they were just saying hi and meeting our baby and she responded with "you can only have 3 people in your room, I'll have to come do checks to make sure there isn't more" i told her I didn't care, we only had the 3 and the family we said hi to were also guests in different rooms. Then again on check out day my sister didn't know the front doors were locked at 8am and went to get her coat from her car, she forgot her room key so I walked to the front and opened the door. She tried to stop her from coming in saying she needed her room key. And kept telling her she couldn't come in. Eventually I told her she's a guest and forgot her key and we walked away. She's extremely rude and aggressive for no reason. Theresa made the stay a negative. The only saving grace was a front desk agent named Erica. She was very helpful when the pool lock pad wasn't working and she was so nice. I really appreciate her! So thank you ERICKA!!!

Front desk lady was very rude, she talked very rudely to my family member who was helping me with the door. Not someone you should have at the front desk, worst clerk at any hotel ive stayed at.

Great place to stay while handling some family needs nearby. Opted to drive a bit farther to find a quality hotel in a safe neighborhood, and it was the right choice. Conveniently situated near the freeway, Tesla supercharger, grocery store, and other businesses. Air conditioning was quiet and did not bother me at night. Great black-out shades. Really appreciated all of the closet and drawer space to unpack.
