- JMJoan MayfieldSep 23, 20255.0I had no issue with my room nor this motel or the service. It was CLEAN and QUIET. I thought for a mid priced motel they had a better breakfast than most - they had 2 kinds of fruit, yogurt. The front desk here was wonderful.

They were having problems and sent us to ANOTHER hotel. Seriously? Also, we have been staying here for over 8 years and the 3rd floor ice machine has never worked
- MWMatthew WilsonSep 13, 20251.0Overall 1 star. We looked at three different rooms. All with mold in the bathrooms. Dust so thick it completely covers hard surfaces. Sheets do not smell cleaned. Stains on sheets. 3rd room we finally settled on had above problems but not as bad, and then noticed the thick cobwebs in the corners. Over $800 for 2 nights for disgusting accommodations. We stay a super clean condo in FL, on the beach, for less than this. We won't ever be staying at a BW again. Oh, and the ONLY reason we stayed is because there were no other vacancies and we live 3 hours away.
