- S4Studio 461 day ago3.0Patty at Best Western Plus was amazing — very friendly, professional, and accommodating. She truly made our stay more enjoyable and deserves 5 stars for her service! However, I’m giving 3 stars overall because the hotel itself and the amenities didn’t quite match the higher price. I understand the cost is due to the convenient location near the base, but for the rate, I expected a bit more from the rooms and overall experience. Still, the staff was wonderful and made a positive impression!

The services are well done., they are very welcoming to customers, available at anytime as needed. it is my second time to go to this hotel because I'm from Maryland. And the area is safe, they have breakfast every morning, a bar, restaurant in the hotel. It's amazing. I recommend this host 100%

- CSChristina SudekSep 22, 20255.0Highly recommend, especially for anyone attending JBSA Graduation. We have stayed here twice (two Airforce graduations). This is super close to the main Gate, easy in and out. The Hotel is clean, great service, the go over and above to accommodate the military families. They usually have many of the breakfast items out by 5am for everyone headed to graduation. We felt very safe at this location, and our Airman where happy to come back, relax, and enjoy some family time here. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. P.s. The bar for a few drinks after hours, to be able to unwind from a busy few days was a definite bonus. Enjoy your trip!
