- TJTiana J1 day ago2.0I'm writing this at 5am after being awakened twice (1am & 4:15am) by a couple arguing loudly in the hallway. I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk only to find it didn't work. I called from my cell and the lady who answered didn't seem concerned or apologetic. The room was clean and the bed/bedding was comfortable. AC and TV worked as they should. I lived in San Diego for 10 years so I wasn't too bothered by the freeway noise.
- CEchristine eastOct 20, 20255.0The hotel has very easy access to Hwy 8. Anthony's Seafood Grotto is right next door with excellent food & lake side view. The rooms are very clean. My favorite hotel in San Diego. Close enough to go sightseeing and fat enough easy to get on the freeway and head back to Yuma

- MPMick PadraigOct 9, 20253.0Honestly, I have no idea how the Best Western Plus La Mesa whatever is. I only gave someone a ride to the door. Yet Google insists I review it. So, yeah, they have a nice door. The parking lot was...100% genuine pavement. The parking spaces seemed to be of standard size, great for motor vehicles. Inside? No idea.
