- SGSeyoum Gebeyehu1 day ago1.0I stayed 4 nights at this Hotel( September 21-24). The room that I was checked in was the worst that I’ve ever seen. It was not properly cleaned and had visible Mould on ceiling tile above bathtub. Visible pieces of hair and dirt could easily be seen. I advise potential guests to be aware of unsanitary conditions that they may experience. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

- VPVijay PatilOct 13, 20253.0We had nice view from balcony:), it was facing a wall , room #241 . Otherwise room was good size for a family of three. Loved the breakfast. Noticed hotel tub was closed or not sure if it was broken , saw yellow lines around it.
- GHGary HowellOct 8, 20253.0Hot Tub, reason for going, has two, one out of service and the other on its last life. Jets were terrible. Had to ask them to clean and change the water. They changed the water and forgot to clean the sand out. Disappointing actually. Will stay at Ramada Inn next trip.
- LSLori StrazaSep 9, 20251.0This hotel was booked for me for dates in mid July 2025 via a golf tour company for 2 nights, so I called the hotel and booked an extra night at the start of our holiday. When we got to the hotel they had canceled the extra night and could not tell me why. No one emailed me to inform me they canceled my room. There was no vacancy left. The hotel manager (she was the only helpful staff for this incident) did help and got us a room at another hotel for our first night, and informed me that Central Reservations would reach out to me to remedy the error of canceling our room. I was then given a phone number to speak with a centralized customer service for Best Western- dealing with them has been the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with! They asked me to send them the bill from the other hotel, I asked for full reimbursement due to their error. Then they ignored me over and over. I finally called back and was told a cheque for only the difference will be mailed out to me. Then they did not send it, it's been 3.5 weeks since they said the cheque would be mailed and I haven't received it yet. It is now September 8th, I doubt "the cheque is in the mail"! As long as you do not have a problem during your stay or they actually own up to their errors it might be an ok place to stay. However, I will never stay at a Best Western again and will continue to tell others about the terrible experience I had with their customer service reps!!!
