- SKSeth KlostreichOct 12, 20251.0I really dislike being the person to complain about things but we had a super rough room experience at this hotel. The pool area was great for our group over 2 days but the bathroom in our room was terrible. On day one, we found black mold in numerous places in the shower and asked for it to be looked at. We also found black hair all over the floor and a huge wad on the shower wall as shown in the picture. I went down and just asked for it to be cleaned while we were gone for a few hours and came back to the same black mold and more hair than before! Ick. We stayed the two nights without asking for anything else and kind of wish we would have been taken more seriously. A little break on the room or just simply cleaning it decent after we asked would have been sufficient.
- ARAna ROct 2, 20251.0The front desk and I got into a heated argument at 2 in the morning because they put a receipt under my door spooking my dog who woke us up. When I called the front desk to ask why they gave us this at 2 in the morning he asked for my room number and told me he was going to put us on a do not rent list and hung up because that was easier than explain policy. I have never stayed in a hotel where that was a thing. I called the front desk back and asked him for his name and supervisor which he followed with asking me for my room number again with threatening to come to my room and that he has time today. In the morning I went to front desk to ask for a supervisor. A lady helped me with my complaints and said she would talk to the staff which is nice but not enough. As a women who often travels alone it’s not ok for HOTEL STAFF to be aggressive and make violent remarks.
