- EGEmma GallesOct 19, 20251.0Worst experience i have ever had at a hotel. All their literature and when we booked it we asked how late the hot tub is open. It all says 11. They came in at 10 and told us to leave with an attitude. We politely declined and said we had another hour. They called the cops on us and kicked us out of the hotel. Treated us like criminals for following their own rules. Just disgusting people with out any humanity.

- KJKim JacksonSep 29, 20255.0I really enjoy seeing here when we are in St. Cloud using the convention center that is connected to the hotel. I really like the fact that is connected to the civic center so that way you can just walk over when you need to. I also enjoyed that the beds are very comfortable. The room, however, really needs updating, but they are currently in the process of doing that which I am happy to hear. Parking can be a bit tricky and hard to get to if there are almost any type of event going on. Most of the parking lot in front of the hotel is metered parking by the city of St. Cloud so you can’t really use it without paying for it. I also like that the green is attached to the hotel that way, it’s easy just to walk down and get something to eat. The front staff always seems very nice and accommodating, I’ve never had a problem with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are also clean and well taken care of.
