    I've been meaning to leave this review for sijce June so forgive me if I have misremembered his name, but Patrick went above and beyond for us during our stay here. The hotel was clean and close to Zona Rosa. We stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi which was very relaxing

    Compact area for fridge, right at the restroom and closet space. There was no ice in the entire hotel the first night we stayed, on our way to our destination. Was able to fill my water bottle with cold water in eating area downstairs. Heading back home, stopped again, heard that there was ice on one floor, but we didn't experience. Hallway on our floor had an odor. Water to fill my water bottle, this time was only semi cool. Staff was cordial.

    This hotel would not allow me to adjust my booking after experiencing a death in my family and having to delay my booking by one day. My coworker also asked to check out one day early, the hotel attendant said sure leave your room key at the front desk but he was still charged for that night. Every other hotel I've stayed at has had more flexibility and this Best Western has been horrible with accommodating any sort of changes in peoples lives.

    I checked out early and they want to charge me for a night I did not stay there. They refuse not to honor my check out. I have NEVER had a hotel not allow me to check out early. Do not go here. No reason to go here when they will not do something every other hotel allows. Additionally: Windows are thin - can hear all of the outside. Airplanes, Cars. Air conditioning is old, loud and doesn't work well. Very dated, pretty poorly maintained rooms.

    We checked in after 10 hours in the car with our one year old. Upon arrival, I could see that the conditions of the hotel on the outside and in the lobby were not great, but decided to give it a chance because we were so exhausted from our drive. The bell carts were old, dirty, rusty, and falling apart. The smell is the first thing I noticed once entering the elevator and the floor our room was on. Upon entering our room, we quickly noticed a strong musty smell and how filthy all surfaces were. It was dusty, dirty, and stained. It was definitely unsafe and unsanitary for our toddler who crawls on the floor and gets into everything. We quickly walked out of the room and decided we were not comfortable staying here. The front desk agents offered us another room and we declined and told them we would like a refund and that we are going to take our business elsewhere. They gave us a full refund which we greatly appreciated. The condition of this room was unacceptable. I understand that this is not a luxury property but I would not pay any amount of money for the conditions of this room. I see now that I am not the only guest to complain about the cleanliness of this property.
