Booked directly with the hotel — staff were friendly, efficient, and everything went smoothly. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Big thanks to front desk staff for their courtesy and professional approach. They really stood out. Great teamwork all around — you can tell the place is well run. Highly recommend. — Joe

We really appreciated our last night on a 16-day trip in a place that felt like home. Huge rooms! Quality furnishings and a great breakfast. They're more like apartments than hotel rooms. Join up and follow the brand. You won't be disappointed on your travels.
- KZK ZMSep 10, 20255.0Fantastic location, right in the middle of the city, just 5-min to downtown with gorgeous views. Wished the Vancouver hotels had these grand entrances and roof tops, helps with the snow/rain. Rooms are spacious, especially the 2 queen beds, and super comfortable, slept quite well. No noise at all between floors too. Breakfast buffet offered good selection, plenty of seating, and bonus, hard-boiled eggs! Changed the fruit platter daily too. And huge bonus for 2 EV charging stations, one for Tesla. Lots of parking front and back, facing the main road so quite safe. Roomy lobby with lots of seating. Good sized pook & sauna. Friendly staff too, basic photocopying, two computer services private rooms and even a boardroom. Easy repeat for sure for next visit. A few major plazas nearby, ie Superstore, Shoppers, Boston Pizza, etc
- JJJessica JanSep 9, 20255.0One of my new favourite hotels in Kamloops! Comfy beds, heated bathroom floor 😍 everything was clean and safe. My favourite things were the included breakfast, the cappuccino machine in the lobby, and the saltwater pool. Kind staff, thank you!

From upper management , front desk staff, pricing, mattress comfort, room cleanliness, all round customer service 10/10, great value. They pay attention to the little details. *** OUTSTANDING CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST *** with many options. It’s really good 👍 Rashni’s welcoming spirit was lovely, she makes you feel at home, great manager. Once again the breakfast staff work so hard to please guests so as I did tip them, don’t be cheap, their lovely lady’s… I will certainly return next year, keep up the wonderful customer service, very pleasant stay overall score 9.8/10 !!
