  This was my first time staying at the JFK Inn, and I was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. I’ve traveled for business for more than 40 years, and it’s rare to find this level of quality and value. The lobby and hallways were spotless with a fresh, modern look. My room was impeccable—clean, tastefully decorated, and naturally fresh with a light pine scent that didn’t feel artificial. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the lighting was warm and inviting, and the towels were thick and clean. Everything worked perfectly, and I didn’t notice a single worn or damaged item. At check-out, I asked the front desk if the hotel had been recently renovated. The clerk told me a renovation took place in 2022, but the leadership continues to invest in regular upkeep and amenities. As a guest, I found that inspiring. It’s clear they’re building a brand one guest at a time, one room at a time, and one day at a time. The staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. I will definitely return.

  After an exhausting 11-hour drive and a horrible experience losing money through a third-party booking, Best Western Inn was my last resort — and I’m so glad I stopped here. I was initially dissatisfied with a few accommodations, but the manager, Kendall, went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide a fair, reasonable solution. Thank you, Best Western Inn, for turning a stressful night into a positive experience. This is what true quality meeting luxury looks like. Thank you once again to Olivia the front desk lady being pro active and getting me in contact with the manager she was very helpful!

  I was traveling by motorcycle between Austin, TX and St Louis, MO and needed a good midpoint. Hello, Little Rock Best Western. This place has turned out to be a winner winner chicken dinner. The staff has been wonderful. When I checked in, James was at the front desk. He made check-in easy and helped me plan the rest of my trip through the Mark Twain National Forest. He told me of some towns I wasn't aware of and even printed directions (he put them under my door. WOW!!) . I ride out tomorrow and I'm super excited about the trip. The whirlpool tub is big. I'm 6'3" 180lb, and the tub is long enough, wide enough, deep enough. So relaxing after being on the motorcycle for 8+ hours. So nice... Thank you so much for making my stay and travel easy. If I'm back through Little Rock, this is where I'm staying.

  Not good. Shower did not drain and it was so slippery I almost fell multiple times. Front desk could have cared less saying there was nothing they could do. Very dangerous situation for someone with a new hip replacement. Ankle deep water is ridiculous

  Great location, very easy to get to from the highway. The parking lot was well lit which i appreciated. We had an issue with the pull out sofa mattress, but they were very helpful in solving the problem for us. Very good customer service
