- NKNoel Kakuske2 days ago1.0We were unaware that management changed at this location in May, and our two long-standing, credit-card-held, event reservations were not going to be honored by the current manager. (Jerry) We were NEVER informed, and had we not reached out with a question prior to our 20 guests' planned arrival in aprx 10 days, we would never have known. This left us scrambling for alternate arrangements and reflects negatively on new management, in our opinion.
- KKkendra krygerOct 15, 20253.0The management some how changed after we made our wedding room block. Us and our guests had to pay more to be part of the block. Those that just got a room not reserved paid less. We tried bringing it us several times before the wedding but a manager was never available and never called us back. And several of the reservations for our guests were messed up. They sent my maid of honnor into a room that was already occupied. But the breakfast was on point and the front desk tried to accommodate as best she could without a manager.

Fresh fruit both days, breakfast burritos as a special one day and biscuits and gravy the next. Breakfast was well attended and the staff did great to clear tables, and keep the did stocked. Real plates, real silverware, just an elevated experience compared to comparable hotels. Great job!
- LDLisa DonnellyOct 1, 20255.0Very clean hotel. We were able to have our pups stay with us for a small fee and the fee is worth it to us to have our pups with us! They have a lot of choices for their breakfast and the food was good! If we come to the area again, this will be the hotel we stay at! Prices were fair too!
