  Thermostat broken. TV cables where pulled out and directv box off. I fixed TV however Thermostat needs replaced. Could not find anyone at front counter when checking out to tell.

  Toilet stopped up (before I used it), sink stopped up. After maintenance “fixed it” (I had left and so do not know how he “fixed it”), I had to get plunger from housekeeping so that I could fix it. Front girl desk for morning/day shift both Fri/Sat was unprofessional. When I returned to the hotel she informed me maintenance had fixed the plumbing. I waited for an elevator that seems to only move once every 30 min and then went to my room. I was locked out. Housekeeping also tried to let me in. No luck. Go BACK downstairs (now mind you, I’m carrying to go meals, my purse, my phone etc) to tell girl I’m locked out. She said “Oh yea. It’s because maintenance went in.” So she didn’t know that when I entered hotel????? She swiped my keycard and said now it will open. So BACK to the 30 min wait elevator…back to my room. Card worked. Fast forward to this morning. Go to breakfast…come back to my room carrying a cup of coffee. I should’ve known….I'm locked out AGAIN! So BACK down to front desk. She didn’t even waste her breath. Probably was a good thing. She swiped my card. So BACK upstairs to my room. Packing up. Checking out. I do not understand why people in HOSPITALITY industry are not HOSPITABLE?!?! And aren’t knowledgeable on HOW to be professional and knowledgeable to their guests?!?! MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

  Un hotel pequeño pero muy acojedor el personal muy amiable y profesional....Las housekeeper son muy atenta y cdo uno les pide algo o que te le den servicio a la habitacion lo hacen rapido y siempre con una sonrisa

  Shout out to Donna and Destiny, front desk associates, for providing absolute top notch customer service. I so appreciate the caring, efficiency and friendliness of both ladies. Everything else about my stay was great as is the normal with Best Western!

  Nice enough staff, but the room was awful. It had a weird smell that it seemed they tried to cover up with a scented air spray. The bathroom barely looked clean. The floor was disgusting to the point we couldn’t walk barefoot. There were bugs on the floor and all over the shower. Definitely would not recommend this Best Western.
