- KWKurt WaiteOct 26, 20255.0Always stay here on our trips to visit family. Location is perfect. Hotel nicely kept and usually quiet. Amenities, hottub and pool are better than average. Continental breakfast is available and the pricing doesn't break your budget. We've been using this hotel since it's opening and never had an unpleasant stay.

First, I called them a couple hours before check-in time and asked them how early we could check in, and they said “Anytime!Sure, come on down!”However, when we arrived an hour before the advertised check-in time of 4:00 along with our luggage at the front desk, they charged us $25 per room to check-in an hour early. They conveniently did not mention the $25 charge when I called them in advance to inquire about early check-in. We found this rather deceptive and disappointing. We would’ve found something else to do for an hour had we known this. But with bags in hand, expecting to check-in without a problem, it was just too much after traveling so far to get there. So we paid it, but this really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The hotel was nicely decorated, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the mattresses needed to be rotated and their sheets and towels were not very soft. We were looking forward to having a hot breakfast in the morning, but even though we arrived long before breakfast ended, we found it to be very unappetizing and tasteless. The eggs and sausage were extremely overcooked and dry, and the coffee was terrible. The other thing that bothered me was that every time I went to the lobby to speak to them at the front desk, no one was there! :-/
