We have been on a roadtrip for the past 10 days, absolutely loved it that this hotel was the first place that served us breakfast with real plates, glases and cutlery. The service was very friendly, room very tidy.

My wife and I recently made a trip out west to California to visit family. On the way out we stayed in Flagstaff and did not enjoy our stay there so on the way home we explored hotels in Williams. We've never stayed here before and to our surprise, this was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip! Everything about this hotel is FANTASTIC! Room was spacious and very comfortable! I love exploring new areas to find local food and beer so originally I wanted to venture out and see what things were offered nearby but we just decided to stay there and try the restaurant in the hotel. I'm always a little leery of hotel restaurants but I'm so very happy we decided to stay and eat at the Best Western Plus! Food was AMAZING! A little pricy but I don't mind paying a little more for the convenience and if it's good food which it was! They even let us take our drinks out to the fire pit which was a nice touch on a cool night! Very relaxing and worth every penny. Any trips we plan out west in the future will have a stay in Williams from now on!

We had an overall good experience staying at this hotel for one night. The location is quiet and offers ample parking, which is very convenient. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable.
This hotel serves as a great gateway to the Grand Canyon if you’re traveling to or from Las Vegas or Phoenix (Flagstaff is another option if coming from Phoenix). It’s about a one-hour drive from the Grand Canyon South Rim Visitor Center. Due to its strategic location, the price tends to be on the higher side, especially during weekends and holidays.
The property has a charming interior with a cozy fireplace and a small gift shop at the entrance. There’s also a nice restaurant and lounge featuring tall bar stools, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A unique highlight is that the Grand Canyon Railway starts from this location—perfect for those who enjoy scenic train rides.
Breakfast offers better variety than most places (for example, omelets instead of bulk scrambled eggs). Additionally, there’s a 24-hour coffee machine available for guests in the lobby.
The hotel is near historic Route 66, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants with a nostalgic vibe. Some shops are themed after the Cars movie, making it a memorable stop for families with kids who love the film. There is a nearby Indian Dhaba style restaurant which offer great food at a reasonable price.
Beautiful, upscale Best Western. Nice touches, like a coffee machine of various choices. Real coffee mugs, also in the room. Cozy fireplace, steakhouse & lounge. Lodge like atmosphere, gorgeous decorations. The staff were all friendly & helpful. We highly recommend this Best Western when in Williams. It’s an amazing value as, easily worth double the price.
I stayed here 2 years ago and was absolutely impressed. 2 years later, today we had a group of 18 meet up for a hike in the grand canyon and suggested people stay here because it was such a great experience, hotel, cleanliness, decorations are beautiful and feels like a lodge. They have so much for guests that is top notch. Well, most in the group stayed here and everyone agreed this Best Western is the best! LOVE this hotel!
They clean up your room daily and everyone is so friendly and helpful and accommodating. You don't want to leave and you want to come back next time you're back out to Williams.
Stay here for your hotel!!!
