We couldn't watch TV because the internet wasn't working. They didn't seem to care when we called down to the desk. My daughter went down to get coffee pods because there were only two and they were decaf in the room and they gave her two and there were three of us in the room. There were no mirrors in the room except for in the bathroom. Hard for three women to get ready in the morning
It was just a very disappointing experience and the room was expensive too. It was $350 for a room with two queen beds for one night which I thought was ridiculous. But I didn't want to stay in super 8 or motel 6 which were the only other places available. I would not stay here again !
The place is dirty, not maintain and way under the standup expected
We reserved a room at the Best Western Plus Inn at Hunt Ridge, VA.
As we were checking in, we noticed your note on the front desk about housekeeping. Knowing that my husband and I do not like returning to a messy room at home or elsewhere, we immediately asked for housecleaning service for the 2nd day of our 2 night stay.
After a very nice and tiring day, we arrived late to a room that was not touched. The bed was not made or cleaned however the bathroom towels were picked up from the floor and a new toilet paper was replaced annd that’s it. The sink was even left dirty. We did speak to reception and he said he’d make a note.
The following morning of course we saw that even the coffee pot was not touched nor were the coffee pods, sugar packages and cups refilled. I did go down to get us coffee but this is not what I expected from a hotel that apparently received good reviews. :(
In the morning, the receptionist suggested I call you on Monday after I asked to speak to the manager.

Overall, no major complaints, though a few details could have been better. First, I'm used to having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, but since they weren't provided, I had to make a trip to Walmart. Second, I'm not a fan of wall/window cooling and heating units because they don't seem to circulate enough air, leaving the room feeling stagnant. On the bright side, the location is perfect for attending events at the Virginia Horse Center. With early mornings and late nights, I didn't get a chance to check out the other amenities. While it's not my top choice in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if my preferred options were unavailable.
