    I was injured while staying at this motel. According to front staff “we found her and called 911.” I had my phone and room key on me and nobody notified my husband. He did not know of the accident until the hospital notified him. We have been trying to find out what happened and management has nothing to say: no incident report, no details, no idea who called 911, no idea what time. I was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. Due to the circumstances, my husband had to stay in the room for the duration. The management never cared. We were charged full rates for the room plus an extra day for “failing to give 24 hours notice of cancellation.” Nobody ever asked how I was doing. Nobody offered to sit down with my husband and talk about what happened. Nobody cared. We have never gotten any answers. It has been a very unpleasant experience.

    I will never stay here the manager took an additional $200 off my cards and I feel the hotel and the manager and his team is scamming I personally will be suing this company and taking things further I would not stay here at all!! The manager is very unhelpful and they are con artist at this exact location,

    I was told new management which is not good. No more goodie bags for reward members, the breakfast is minimal and extremely undercooked. Hard pass on what I think was tator tots but were pure mush. Sausage looked like it barely touched to griddle. No biscuits & gravy. The pillows are big enough for a toddler. Not a fan of the girl on day shift either. I asked for a room WITHOUT an adjoining door and she put me in one. They also charge a hold fee now. That has never happened! I guess someone else was upset too because the entry door glass has been busted out and boarded up. After many great years due to the new management I will not return.

    I HATE these nickel, dime hotels that jack with the air conditioning so it won't stay on. You will be waking up at 5 am, like it or not because there is no constant fan. It has been disabled. The first truck, motorcycle or standard shift vehicle to go by will wake the entire hotel! And, it's too hot in the rooms. Cheapskates! Made an otherwise nice hotel totally intolerable.
