I have never had so much problems just trying to get a room. 14 minute call just to see if they can accommodate adjoining rooms (I still never found out who John was or why we kept talking about him) to be told they have tons of rooms next to each other, call back later hoping for better luck because its near an event, just to call back again hoping for another better luck, created an account on the best western site hoping it would speed things up (FYI it doesn't) and they couldn't find my information anyway, I did make the mistake of saying I didn't really care about the room just whatever makes things easier (Considering this is call who knows) which turned into 270 a person. Half way through talking to the guy I could think of 8 other things that had caused issues giving me pause to spend a few hundred dollars on a reservation that may or may not be real when I arrive and when I said I was just thinking of doing something else he just seemed to chuckled and said yeah. Sooooo that was a waste of several phone calls.

8/30/25 extremely rude front desk person gave us room keys that didn’t work 3 times, blamed it on us, until they didn’t work for her. Still no apology or anything. Put us in a different room that hadn’t been cleaned. Overall BW is a decent chain, but stay far away from this location. Poorly run, rude employees. Next night we stayed at the Springhill Suites, which was worlds better!
Run, run so fast from this place. Rude, dirty, not helpful with keys that wouldn't work to let us into room. 3x had to go to front and 3x she was obviously put out to have to actually be of assistance. We requested another functional room on 3rd try and she have us a room that had not been cleaned. Unmade bed, towels on floor, dirty sink and toilet. Wow, just WOW! So many better places in the immediate area to spend my money.
Clean rooms . Parking was great . Our second time staying there . Will definitely stay there again .

Comfortable Stay with Great Service
We had a great experience at Best Western Huntersville. The breakfast was fresh and filling, and our room was big, clean, and comfortable—perfect after a long day of travel.
Security was a nice bonus. Police were patrolling the parking lot, which made us feel safe leaving our vehicle overnight with a roof travel bag on top.
The pool could’ve used a bottom cleaning, but I still went for a swim and enjoyed it 😎.
One thing that really stood out: the system was down when we checked in, so we paid in cash. I figured I’d miss out on reward points, but when I checked the next day, they had already updated everything and made sure my points were added. That kind of attention to detail really impressed me.
Friendly staff, solid amenities, and a secure environment—would definitely stay again!
