I want to give a special shoutout to PK, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. He’s such a polite and hardworking gentleman — his room cleaning service was excellent, and his friendly attitude made me feel right at home. The hotel also offered a great variety of breakfast options every morning, and the wake-up call service was always on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, this has been one of my best hotel experiences — thanks to PK and the entire Best Western team for their outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!
- AMAlex MaxaOct 23, 20254.0This is a middel-of-the-road Best Western. Not bad, not great. I stayed a single night and just needed a place to sleep. It got the job done, but the room was in average condition at best. Hadn't been updated or deep cleaned in a while. The king bed was pretty saggy and uncomfortable, and there was a lot of road noise all night. I had some trouble staying asleep. If I was to stay here again, I would ask for a room in the back of the building, away from the road. On the plus side, the Wi-Fi in my room was great: 80.4 Mbps down, 52.3 Mbps up. Breakfast was barebones but good. The room rate was pretty reasonable, so I'd consider staying here again.
- MEMarilenny EspejoOct 22, 20251.0No me gustó primero al llegar el hotel tenía mal olor, segundo pidieron una garantía de 100$ por habitación, yo había apartado 4 habitaciones, ósea tuve que pagar 400$ más lo que valían las habitaciones, ese dinero después de hace 5 días que me fui aún no me hacen ese reembolso, las habitaciones tenían cosas en mal estado, incluso me habían dado una que la puerta no servía, me la tuvieron que cambiar. en fin no lo recomiendo. Me quedé en 2 best western uno en Franklin y uno en serville y esos si fueron excelentes, pero este no me gustó.
- MBMandy BeaudoinOct 13, 20251.0Mattresses were worn out and VERY uncomfortable. Outlets were loose and it was impossible to keep a phone consistently charging on the nightstand. A smoke detector was beeping every couple of minutes the entire three day/two night stay. The shower handle was loose and water pressure wasn't good. The sink drained exceptionally slowly. Washer and dryer were out of order. Sheets and pillows were clean, but we got poor rest.
