- DWDaniel Williams1 day ago5.0Absolutely beautiful amenities area. The spa is as large as a pool with a fun waterfall and a beautiful rock/tiki them going on. The indoor/outdoor pool was a comfortable 85° on the cool 55° evening we were there. They offer complimentary limousine service on weeknights until 10pm. We didn't utilize that option, but think its a pretty unique amenity for a 3 star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average, but sufficient. The espresso machine was a major breakfast plus for us. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.
- JNJerry Njay1 day ago5.0This hotel is incredible. The best hotel I've ever been to for the cost. Incredible price, incredible staff, not to mention the incredible hot tub area. The hot tub area is like an Oasis. It is a huge hot tub with waterfalls and lights and all the whistles and buzzers. They have a machine that gives you drinks that is something I've never seen. It has hot cocoa, cappuccino, mocha, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and also will give you a limo ride to wherever you need to go at no cost. This is an incredible place and I will certainly be back multiple times because I have never seen something so wonderful. They hit every note. Thank you very much hotel and staff

It had a good selection for the complimentary breakfast and they even offered to give us a free ride in their limousine service for our dinner date. A good spot for a night.

The man working at the front desk was having difficulty finding the payment information that had been made by a 3rd party. I don't mind that there was a mix-up (and eventually he realized he had the information he needed...oops) but he was rude and condescending the entire time, would not listen to me as I tried to explain things and basically treated me like a imbecile. He smugly mentioned that he had "worked there for more than 20 years" and that I really didn't know what I was talking about. I travel 30-40 nights a year and understand that things happen, but that is no excuse for how this front desk employee acted and treated me. Never going back to this Best Western and will probably not use Best Western hotels as much or at all.
