- DLDaniel LaprevoteOct 21, 20255.0Very nice hotel. Appears newly refurbished. If not they maintain the rooms, hallways, lobby and etc very well. Breakfast was very good. Good variety of things to eat. Room was very clean, well appointed and appeared very nice. Not outdated in any way. Everything looked new. I recommend this hotel.
- NNNapoleon NavarroOct 17, 20254.0I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for the Long Beach Marathon. It was easy to check-in and park my car down below. The room is a good size, with a nice bathroom as well. The staff was friendly and it was pretty quiet at night. I think it is in a decent location and you can drive or uber to plenty of restaurants nearby or the beach. The TV doesn't have the greatest channel selection but I can't say I have any complaints about this location.
- LLLovelyladyOct 16, 20254.0I loved my room, hotel and the area. The room and hotel seemed to be very clean. The guy who does the afternoon weekend shift at 3:00 pm by mistake deactivated my key card, I had to go back downstairs to tell him I reserved the room for 3 nights not just one! Most of the front desk staff were unwelcoming did not seem to want to be there! The first lady at the front desk I met on a Saturday at noon when she checked my bags in the back room was very friendly and helpful, that was the beginning and end of the friendly front desk staff! The breakfast room lady was pleasant and the breakfast was good with many varieties.
- MMMabelOct 13, 20255.0This is a very nice hotel..clean, quiet....beds are so comfortable, good breakfast..very happy with my choice of staying here for our 2 day stay.... pre cruise......I want to give Cristal...a good review..she was so knowledgeable of how to get around ..we gals took a taxi to the aquarium, as 1 gal it was a bit of walking for her...although its a very do-able 20 minute walk there.. Lots to do here in the area..taxis are were prompt and very reasonable.$...beautiful area. Lots of restaurants nearby..would definitely reccomend staying here..
- EBErika Brinson-AllenOct 9, 20255.0We stayed here before a cruise from Long Beach and it was a hot spot for fellow cruisers as well! They let you park in their garage safely for extended time if you request, took an Uber to the terminal. Was great stay and honestly incredible breakfast!
