- TTTrollaholicRex1 day ago4.0Overall, I'd stay here again if travelling on business. The room is about what you'd expect from any other hotel. Nothing fancy but no complaints. I was there two nights and there wasn't any room service, but I've experienced that at several hotels now so I figure it's just a cost saving thing. The shower door wouldn't stay closed so it was impossible to take a shower without getting the bathroom wet. The in-room towels are small and scratchy, but again what you'd expect from a budget hotel. The staff, however, were top tier. Extremely friendly, able to read the room, and fantastic to work with. If I'm ever staying in the Horseheads area again, I'd choose this hotel just because I know it's managed and operated by good people. The location is fine and I'd normally give 3 stars for being average. However, I am adding a fourth star because I was concerned that it would be noisy. The hotel is surrounded by busy roads and highway in all direction, so I expected to hear vehicles all day and night. Honestly, once you're inside, you forget that the highways are there at all. I am impressed by this! If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel where you get what you pay for, this is a solid choice.

We were traveling over three hours with our 3-month-old and needed an early check-in. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us—they even blocked a room in advance so it would be ready whenever we arrived. It made such a difference after a long drive with a baby! They also had a pack ’n play available for use, which was a huge help. The next morning, our son fell asleep just before checkout, and when we asked for a late checkout at 12 PM, the staff didn’t hesitate for a second. Their kindness and flexibility made it so much easier to keep him on his feeding and nap schedule before heading home. We truly appreciated how understanding and family-friendly this hotel was. I highly recommend staying here—you can tell they genuinely care about their guests!
