  I booked a room with booking.com. Got the insurance. My plans changed within 48 hrs. Booking.com contacted the hotel several times. I called several times. Talked to the front desk. The manager never called back or responded to any emails. So I got changed for three nights! So if the manager dose business like that. I could imagine how they run this place.. no thanks.!

  Stayed for 1.5 weeks. My room had no direct sunlight and no privacy without closed curtains. There was a spoon to add toppings to your breakfast that stayed dirty with jam for the entire stay — not cleaned once. Says a lot about the hygiene.

  They wanted me to type into their system my credit card number as caution deposit. Reason they gave was literally: European credit cards are weird. Cherry on top is that I had to make my own bed, they just provided bed sheets and pillows. I would give 0/5 if it was possible.

  have been staying here since i was five will not be back the rooms are never clean there was a dead bug on the wall the whole stay the fridge does not get cold sheets are stain and gross no mattress protection on the beds also my bill was wrong charged $300 extra after i booked on line BEWARE LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO STAY yes i did have a pet and i said i would change my own sheets but no sheets where brought to me or towels
