- KWKiandra WagarOct 14, 20255.0One of the (very suprisingly) nicest hotels we have stayed at in quite some time. The room was phenomenal. There was a free tea station and cappuccino machine, which was a lovely touch. Beds were comfy. Pillows were phenomenal.
- BGBerit GoslarOct 7, 20253.0Wir waren auf unserem Road-Trip 3 Nächte hier. Die Mitarbeiter waren OK, leider nicht besonders freundlich. Zum Zimmer: Die Lage direkt am Fahrstuhl war nicht so schön. Zwar hat man den Fahrstuhl selber nicht gehört, aber die Musik die dort von 7:00-22:00 gespielt wird. Bad und Küchenbereich wirkten sauber, der Teppich war es definitiv nicht. Uns fehlte ein Safe und die Matratze war durchgelegen. Zudem war die Klimaanlage direkt neben dem Bett, was Lautstärke und Temperaturmäßig auch nicht so schön war. Positiv: das Zimmer war sehr groß, man hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile zum Kochen und anstatt Pappe- oder Plastik-Geschirr gab es Glas und Keramik. Das Frühstück war OK. Der Pool und HotTub waren auch soweit OK.

- WGwillem gouwsAug 25, 20251.0The front desk staff was not very friendly. We requested a late checkout and was offered only 30min extension even though we are Diamond Select rewards members. The room was big but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It sagged too much and caused major back pain.
