- WLWendy LopezNov 10, 20253.0Receptionist exelente!!!❤️ The perfume they use inside the hotel complex is very strong and unpleasant. A softer, more floral scent would be much nicer. The iron in my room didn’t work properly, but thankfully I had brought my own. I think for $130 a night, having bottled water in the room would be a great option. The internet on the TV didn’t work only the cable channels were available. However, since I was only staying one night, it wasn’t really a problem, and I had brought some extra amenities just in case. The beds were very clean, but they didn’t work for me because they’re too soft I need a firm mattress for my back. I mention this for anyone who also needs a firm bed; this place might not be the best choice unless they have rooms with different mattress options. My room didn’t have curtains, only blinds, and they didn’t close properly, so we woke up very early because the daylight came through the window. That was my experience I think I would stay here again, but I would ask more questions before receiving my room.

The buildings are very nostalgic and a creek runs through the property where you can stare at the lights along the creek in a nice park. The Amtrak and a nice Large public library are close by. Thank you to the staff for making me feel welcome at all times!
- JTJoe TalaugonOct 27, 20255.0I pulled in late and I was at the wrong Best Western yeah it wasn't that far but I was pretty fatigued I asked the night auditor if they had a room available knowing it is a weekend he listened and was able to get me a room he told me it's a handicap room and might have issues I was eternally grateful he even allowed me to stay an extra day
