  Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen dafür ist der Preis gut. Frühstück halt Amerikanische aber reichlich. Kaffee den ganzen Tag umsonst.

  My daughters and I planned a girls weekend and made reservations when we went to our room we noticed it was poorly maintained the beds were not comfortable the sofa had stains on the cushions and the mattress. The bathroom has mold stains and paint peeling. We decided to checkout the next morning and going to another hotel

  locations is a little tricky to access if you’re headed north on the highway you have to use local streets to make your own Cloverleaf exchange to get into the hotel anyway you will see if you stay there. there is an abundance of electrical outlets and USB outlets. Problem is I’d say maybe 30% are usable. outside of the height of the toilets they seem like they’re unusually low to the ground. The staff would fall in the normal range of friendly. overall, for an older facility it’s in good shape. in my 10 years of steady travel for business I’ve tried to stay at best westerns as frequently as possible. It just seems like after the hiatus for pandemic best Western plus is not as plus as I remember no notepads or pens in the room, very stingy with treats for being a platinum member, etc.

  Barry gave everyone a warm welcome at the check in. Bathroom was full of black ants on the ceiling (coming from the vent). Floor was not clean. Hot tub was GREEN. Breakfast was not bad. My card was not charged correctly and no one care to fix it or contact me back.

  During my business day here I had eaten one time In the lobby for dinner, my phone was on a medium volume Which is usually not very loud, but a customer yelled across the room To make it valid that he has no common sense This is not the first time I’m staying here where there were issues like this with customer to customer basis If he wants to do business, he should do it in the business center designated on the first floor Not in the lobby or near the kitchen, which is a public accessible area If he’s in a meeting, there’s a perfectly good Business area that he can go to By yelling saying yo, yo, lower the volume buddy That guy has too much Of an issue with people He should stay in his room Advised And the last time I was here I had an African-American customer approached me Out of nothing except racism I was at the front counter with that person before who’s African-American And he thought it was a good idea to come up behind me and ask me to move out of my way As I was talking to a front desk, individual Then later after I told him off That he has to respect everybody Who stays here? He comes and tries to start another issue By using “hence” racism With a person who is sitting next to me, who was also light complected or Caucasian And ask if that’s my dad When I’m here by myself He put the 2-2 together based off of skin color and made that a valid point to talk to him like he’s my dad So he could probably punish me It goes to show when you stay at a hotel Where staff isn’t trained to handle situations like this Management doesn’t know how to handle issues either I have truly lost my trust That this place will ever be above three star ratings
