The only gripe I can even come up with is that the lighting in the room is dim even with all of the lights on. The bed was extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast was elite, the best I’ve ever seen at a best western franchised hotel. They’ve got the traditional waffle machine plus a bar with chocolate chips and a lot of fixings. You head over to the other table and they have omelettes with cheese in one hot tray while the other is filled with sausage, bacon, and potatoes (my kind of breakfast!). They had a machine with orange juice, apple juice, berry juice, and water on tap and very cold. They had a cooler with yogurt parfaits ready to go. The only issue with the breakfast is the way it’s set up leaves you having to yield to the other people who are all trying to cram into a small space to assemble their plates. all in all the place was excellent, comfortable, and safe with a great breakfast. 5 stars all day.

I was very impressed by the hotel and feel it was a great deal for the price. Most importantly the service provided by Ilse at the front desk was amazing. I've been traveling for a week and was exhausted but she was bright and cheery and definitely made me immediately feel like I picked the right place. The rooms are decently sized, recently renovated and quiet. If I'm ever in need of an overnight in Benecia or nearby I'll be staying here again.

Rooms very clean, comfortable and beds really cozy. Air conditioner working good and you get free breakfast! I miss sleep here with my husband, I hope I can come here soon.
