I'm out of here by tomorrow Don't get me started with how many people complain about bed bugs 🤮 I never felt the uncleanness air anywhere else but this hotel. The one thing that kept me from leaving were the meals. And I had a dream when I was staying here back then, of a Hooden figure chasing me down the hall. A place so horrible that you start having nightmare s unbelievable... 🤕
- LVL VM3 days ago1.0Bettwanzen!! Man hebt nur ein Kissen hoch und sieht direkt 2 Bettwanzen. Obdachlose auf dem Grundstück. Ankunft um 21 Uhr, Abreise um 21:15. Die Zusage der Rezeption das die Buchung storniert wird und das Geld zurück erhalten wird war gelogen. Bei Kontaktaufnahme weiß das Management auf einmal von nichts!

- PIPineapple ImprintzOct 6, 20251.0I loved staying at best western up until recently I stayed with my sister. Payed 2nights. The first night I was wondering why my arms felt it was burning got up out of bed to find out I was getting bit by bed bugs. We went down to the office to only have the front desk say oh I’m sorry to hear that and move us a floor down. We went to check the next room. We wanted to leave but then we would have to pay out of pocket for another room and a deposit. The next room was alright but the whole night we could barely sleep because we was thinking there was going to be bed bugs. The next day we had to leave for work and the managers was not in. We waited all day for the managers to call us back. Nothing. Not even an upgrade or any accommodation but a move to a room down. I am highly disappointed in best western because I loved staying there. But please anyone who stays here check your bed first especially if you have kids!!! (Tried to add pictures wouldn’t let me)
