  Un buen hotel: recepcionistas atentas, habitaciones enormes y limpias, buena piscina exterior con agua muy limpia y un desayuno de 10, tenían hasta surtidor de yougur y leche, me ha gustado mucho. Un sitio muy recomendable para pasar la noche y estar tranquilo.

  I don't think it's right that They charge a $100 deposit from a credit card and don't accept cash for this payment. The breakfast is very basic; they don't have many options on their menu. It should be more varied. They only offer processed eggs, meat patty, waffles, cereal, bread, Folgers coffee and nothing else. The room was excellently cleaned; they left very little shampoo portions in a room for four people.

  As a travel agent, who's also a Diamond Select rewards member with BW,, I average over 20 hotels a year. Upon checking in here about 3:10 pm, the desk clerk never heard of Rewards program, so dont expect any such recognition. She also had her little hang out in the guest lounge when no guests were checking in. Shoes off, food, on phone, all cuddled in a chair as if she were a guest. Totally unprofessional! Cold floors in room. No carpeting! Speaker playing music at night near ice machine on 1st floor and could hear it in my room. She had no idea how to turn it off! How did she even qual for the job? For a Best Western PLUS, training here seems non-existent! Will not be returning to this place!

  Elevator is raggedy shut down and the only response they had was to say they can give 10% off but they usually don’t because it is out of their control. If you don’t usually means it happens frequently this place needs to be shut down plus there was cockroaches in the room

  This place has turned us off from ever using Best Western again. Traveling across country and this is by far the worst Best Western we have stayed. 1. Undisclosed fee of $100 upon check in regardless if you paid in full online. They stated it would be only refunded after our room was inspected after check out. Once we were long gone and couldn't dispute any discrepancy. Corperate stated it would take 5-7 business days for the refund to go back on the card. Hey, BW, you are not a resort. 2. Staff was rude. Stating that all Best Western charge the $100 fee was required at all BW hotels. This is not true as we have stayed at several in the last two years traveling over 20 states. We just stayed at a BW the night before with no deposit required. Take It or leave it attitude. 3. Bathroom was not very clean and had mold. 4. Mildew smell in lobby and room. 5. Breakfast was not good. Who serves Foldgers instant coffee? Yuck. 6. Seedy part of town. Avoid. Overall, I do not recommend this location.
